Predator Trail

A tour through the Wildlife Park

Season

All season

Experience the bear, lynx, wildcat and wolf. Take some time to observe our indigenous predators in near-natural enclosures.

The trail starts at the Langenberg restaurant. From there, it leads up a staircase to the lynx viewing platform. With a little luck, you may be able to observe lynxes trying to grab their food here. The trail then continues to the bear viewing platform, where you may spot these large predators among the trees. The route continues with a short walk through the forest. At the wolf enclosure, you can discover the pack of grey predators and observe their distinctive social behaviour. You will find information about this on the signs on and next to the wolf observation point. From there, the route leads back towards the restaurant, with a stop at the wildcat house. The Predator Trail then ends with a wonderful view of the bear pond. This short and exciting circular trail is ideal for children who enjoy watching animals. The route is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs, as the Predator Trail includes a long flight of steps.
